What people who paid told us

  • OLX ads for heavy-deposit flats of ₹5 lakh to ₹30 lakh, often under a random name.
  • Two papers, a rent agreement between you and the real owner, and an investment agreement between you and Sumit.
  • Ironic Dwelling Private Limited is equally involved. Families have paid deposits into Ironic accounts as well.
  • Both companies list the same registered office in Ulwe: Flat A-101, Swastik Aradhana, Sector 2.
  • Rent paid for months using new customers' deposits, then stops.
  • Post-dated cheques bounce (Bandhan frozen, UCO insufficient funds).
  • Group police complaint for ₹83,10,000 at Ulwe Police Station.
  • Seven more families later reported about ₹70.65 lakh. Those cases are extra to that complaint.
  • Nerul Police Station issued cyber-inquiry notices dated 10 August 2026 to Sumit Sudhir Choudhari and Dilshan Pathan at the Future Wings International Ulwe address.
